Academy students about their right of withdrawal.

🕒 Period to Exercise Withdrawal

Students have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract without any justification and without penalty, provided that they have not consumed more than 35% of the course content.

📝 How to Request Cancellation

If the student wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal within the legal period and meeting the mentioned conditions, they must send an email to:

Subject: Enrollment Withdrawal

Including:

- Full name

- Email used to register

- Course name

- Purchase date

- Proof of purchase (screenshot)

Once the request is validated, a refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used by the student.

💳 Installment Payments

If the student has opted for an installment payment plan, the right of withdrawal also applies during the first 14 days, provided that they have not accessed the content. If this is the case, the cancellation and refund process will cover all installments paid up to that moment.
